As a HomeVestors® franchisee you will have access to comprehensive real estate investment training on how to buy, rehab and sell properties. While many new HomeVestors® franchisees are new to real estate investing, together we have successfully purchased more than 140,000 homes since 1996.

Mentors are a terrific resource for anyone starting a business, seeking to learn new skills or entering an unfamiliar industry. In fact, we put so much stock in the value mentors provide that we have a robust mentorship program. As a new HomeVestors® franchisee, you’ll be assigned a personal Development Agent.
