Megan has worked with HomeVestors® since 2022, and in 2023 became Deputy General Counsel. Before joining HomeVestors®, Megan was a briefing attorney and judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. She has also served as a Regional Outreach Officer at the Texas Regional Office of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her earlier positions were in intellectual property and civil litigation, with a particular focus on brand management. Megan received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
